This policy describes how Noise handles your personal and privacy data, and affirms Noise's commitment to protecting your privacy.

1.1 How will we use your personal data?

Personal data refers to information that can be used to determine your identity, when used alone or in combination with other information. Such data is collected when you use a wearable product or service, including your name, date of birth, address, account number, photo, location and date of access to the product or service. Noise will only collect and use your personal data for the purposes stated in this policy.

Personal data we collect

Noise may collect and use your account number, avatar, nickname, sex, time zone, language, local data and shopping related information.

Personal information:

After starting any NoiseFit app, we need you to provide data about your birthday, height, weight and sex.

Device Data:

When you use Noise apps, we record and use your personal data, including but not limited to - activity information, sleep pattern, heart rate and weight. This helps us improve communication and build better services for you.

Activity data: We collect and maintain your activity information to determine the activities performed and monitor the daily patterns that may affect your fitness.

Sleep data: We collect and maintain your sleep data including sleep schedule, sleep duration, sleep habits and areas for improving your sleep.

Heart rate data: We collect and maintain your heart rate data in order to calculate and detect your maximum and resting heart rate, and notify you when it exceeds the limits.

Call Information:

When you use the caller alert, SMS prompt function, you will get calls, SMS status. If the app has permission to obtain contact information, it will be displayed when the device receives incoming calls and SMS. This data is not saved by the Noise app and is only used to provide notifications.

Mobile Information:

When you use Noise apps, we need to obtain your mobile phone operating system version and mobile phone brand model.

Network usage data:

We may collect network types and network signals related to Noise app specific functions.

Location data:

When you use location-based program services or features, we may collect your location data.

NoiseFit requires background location permission for:

1. When using Bluetooth to search for devices, or to connect devices with Bluetooth, most Android systems need to use location permissions to enable Bluetooth related functions.

2. Use positioning to display walks and runs on a map for sports activities such as outdoor running, outdoor cycling, etc. When the NoiseFit application is running in the background, it also needs to obtain location information, and display the motion trajectory and distance to the user through the location information.

Log information:

When you browse data on Noise app servers, our servers automatically record a number of record data, including but not limited to: IP address, browser type, browser language, reference source page, operating system, timestamp, and click stream data.

Device information:

When you connect a Noise hardware device using a Noise app, we collect data including but not limited to the unique identifier of the device, the version and the approximate geographic location. These will be transferred to the server.

The above data collection may also apply when you update system or software, restore the original settings, and so on.

Debug information:

When you choose to upload debugging information to help us analyse the problem, your debugging information will be transferred to the server.

Registered app account: Personal data collected via app will be used to create personal accounts and user data pages. Calculated motion results: We use personal body data to accurately calculate motion results. Provide Noise app services: The appliance data will show the user the data associated with it. Display caller information: When you receive a call, text message, your Noise device will display the relevant information. Determine if your phone is supported: Mobile information will be used to determine whether your phone can use Noise apps. Provide network related services: We will use the network type, the network signal and so on to prompt you to download the updated version in a different network environment. Provide location-based services: The location data is used to record the position during activities while using the Noise fitness apps. For example, when you record running tracking information through the NoiseFit Sport running function, your location-based advertising, your location to optimise weather features, or request map information, and your location information is all sent back to Noise, so that NoiseFit Sport can provide you with accurate content. When accessing some location-based services, such as performing a search, using navigation software, or viewing weather at a particular location, we collect, use, and process the exact location or location of your devices. We need the location information to provide services. We collect your equipment identification code (IMEI, ESN, MEID and SN), device type, model and real-time location data (obtained via GPS, WLAN, and service provider network IDs).We collect location data to provide and improve location-based products and services.
